In the mid 2000s, Kirk headed up Canada’s largest independent film and television production company, Insight, attaining $100 million revenue two years straight with 8% EBITA. He produced such notable films such as ‘Battle in Seattle’, directed by Stuart Townsend and starring Charlize Theron, Woody Harrelson and Joshua Jackson, as well as seven TV series, including ‘Blood Ties’ and ‘Painkiller Jane’.
